Find Out More About Electric Solar Panels

Electric Solar Panels

The term electric solar panels is a bit confusing, as it sounds like something quite different from the solar panel, but it has the same purpose and function. An electric solar panel is an appliance that has elements which are exposed to the sunlight and generate an electric current which can be tapped through wires and saved in a battery. They are appliances that change light into electric energy. This is referred to as a photo voltaic cell. It is a combination of many of these cells. These cells are packed in strings with their terminals in the right positions so that they can all be connected to one channel, hence a combined power line and supply. Their various watt supplies along the one channel then becomes the general output that is fed to a rechargeable battery. Once exposed to the sunlight, these cells produce this current. This design consists of an aluminum plane and a glass panel as the shield to the photo voltaic cells. The photo voltaic cell consists of sensitive silicon elements. It’s this photo voltaic combination that makes the electric solar panel or even the basic solar panel. These electric solar panels are made in various specifications and sizes. Electric Solar Panels are used in charging batteries and also mobile phone batteries. Electric solar panels are very useful though they depend solely on sunlight as their source of power to generate an electric current. Also, the intensity of the sunlight or energy determines the strength of the current.
